These terms apply to the VADLA website. VADLA is operated by KB15 ehf, kennitala 5412170290, Kotabyggð 15, 606 Akureyri, Iceland. Contact: info@vikingcottages.is, +354 893 5050.

1. Bookings

Bookings are made through our booking system, The Booking Factory, or through platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb or Expedia. Your stay is governed by the booking terms, prices and cancellation conditions you accept when you book. The minimum stay is 2 nights.

2. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Your door code and directions are sent before you arrive.

3. Spa, sauna and hot tubs

The shared sauna and cold tub are free for guests during opening hours (spa house open daily 08:00–00:00) and used at your own risk. Swimwear is required, no alcohol in the spa, and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. A private sauna hour is an optional paid extra; the price is shown before you book.

4. Payments

Paid extras are charged in Icelandic krónur (ISK) incl. VAT. Prices are shown before you pay.

5. Information on this website

We keep the information on this website as accurate as we can, but photos, features and descriptions may change. Weather, Northern Lights and local information are general guidance, not guarantees. Check road and weather conditions (umferdin.is, vedur.is) before driving.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Icelandic law we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Disputes go to the District Court of Norðurland eystra (Akureyri), without prejudice to your consumer rights.

VADLA er rekið af KB15 ehf, kt. 5412170290, Kotabyggð 15, 606 Akureyri. Bókanir fara í gegnum The Booking Factory eða bókunarvefi og um dvölina gilda þeir bókunarskilmálar sem þú samþykkir við bókun. Innritun er frá kl. 17:00 og útritun fyrir kl. 11:00. Gufa og kaldur pottur eru á eigin ábyrgð; sundföt skylda, ekkert áfengi, börn í fylgd fullorðinna. Verð eru í íslenskum krónum með VSK. Íslensk lög gilda. Enski textinn hér að ofan gildir.
